The Fuelmaster Tanks from Titan are a range of bunded fuel dispensing storage tanks for commercial, industrial and agricultural use where on-site refuelling facilities are required. All Fuelmaster Tanks are bunded ensuring that the environment is protected from accidental damage to the outer skin of the tank as well as protecting the owner from possibly costly fines. Also the fuel dispensing equipment, pump, etc, is kept in a lockable cabinet protecting the fuel inside and keeping the equipment safe from exposure to the elements.

As well as this the Fuelmaster range comes with a range of standard features including a Watchmansonic to monitor fuel levels. The Watchmansonic comes with a plug in receive, that can be kept in the office, with an LCD screen that clearly shows the current fuel levels in the tank and will also alert you when the levels drop below 10%. A spill stop device is also fitted to prevent over filling and a pump capable of dispensing 56litres per minute.

There are also some optional extras including the Tank Monitoring System (TMS) that will control and monitor the storage and dispensing of fuel. The TMS can display current oil levels locally at the tank on an LCD screen or remotely to an office as the TMS can be linked to existing management systems or building management systems.

The Fuelmaster tanks must be fitted onto a level solid base and can be placed at ground level anywhere as all Fuelmaster are manufactured from polyethylene meaning they will never rot or corrode even in the most exposed places. They are also suitable for storing agricultural fuel oil (class A2) and Gas/Oil/Diesel (class D). The Fuelmaster is OFTEC approved and should be installed by a qualified technician with OFTEC registration or equivalent. Also for peace of mind all Fuelmasters come with a 10 year guarantee on the bunded tank and a 1 year guarantee on the pump and accessories.

The Talking Titan range of single skin oil storage tanks, from Titan, are designed for domestic applications whereby a bunded oil tank is not legally required. There is a wide range of Talking Titan oil tanks available in a variety of capacities from 1000litres to 2500litres meaning that there is a single skin tank suitable for any size property. Every Talking Titan oil tank comes with a ‘titan pack’ secured beneath the lid and includes a watchman transmitter and receiver, a 5 year battery, lever valve with integral filter bowl, PTFE and Heldite sealing compound. All Titan tanks are manufactured from polyethylene a strong and long lasting plastic that will never corrode or rot.

The Tanking Titan oil tank range is designed where a bunded tank is not legally required meaning that the tank is not installed within 10metres of a water source or placed on a slope whereby oil can runoff into a water source. If there is any possibility that if oil was to leak and enter a water source then it is highly recommend that a bunded tank is installed.

With this in mind all Talking Titan oil tanks come with a lockable lid and titan watchman, an electronic in tank device that monitors the heating oil levels. With the transmitter mounted within the tank it transmits oil level data to a receiver plugged into an electrical socket in the home where a digital display show the oil level. When the heating oil levels falls below 10% the refill icon will appear reminding the user to arrange a refill and when the oil levels drop suddenly and significantly an optional audible alarm is sounded, indicating a possible leak or theft. The WatchmanSonic and WatchmanAlarm are in tank devices designed to help oil user to monitor their oil levels easily and conveniently, from Titan. The WatchmanSonic and WatchmanAlarm can monitor your oil levels all year round, giving you peace of mind that you will not run out and also giving you the ability to observe your oil consumption. Both the WatchmanSonic and WatchmanAlarm will fit all tank ranges both plastic and steel, up to 3 metres high, and are quick and simple to install.

Both come with a transmitter which fit on top of the tank and employees ultrasonic technology to measure the levels of oil within the tank. The transmitter sends this information wirelessly to a low power receiver plugged into an electrical wall socket, up to 200 metres away, where the oil levels are displayed on a small LCD screen. When the oil levels drops below 10% the fuel dispensing symbol is displayed on the receiver indicating that it is time to order and refill the oil tank.

The WatchmanAlarm differs from the WatchmanSonic in that an alarm is set off at the receiver in the home if oil levels suddenly drop significantly. This will indicate to the household that there is a possible problem such as a leak or that their oil maybe being stolen as rising oil prices has lead to an increased number of heating oil thefts in the UK. A bunded tank is simply a two walled tank or a tank within a tank and is designed to reduce the risk of oil leaking.
